My intention of practicing at the studio tonight was waylaid by another headache. So I poured myself a steaming cup of tension tamer tea, cheered by the small act of occasionally pressing it against my temple, and continued to work until thoughts came no more. Coming to the mat was added relief. Sitting and typing all day shortened my hamstrings, knotted my back, and tightened my hips. Gentle stretching = feeling like a new woman. Hallelujah.
