I had the wonderful opportunity to teach the prenatal portion of Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness’ 200-Hour Teacher Training. There’s nothing quite like talking about yoga with a bunch of compassionate, generous, and smart folks. This year was my second time teaching it, and I hope I’m invited back next year.
