I’m looking forward to 2016. Each month promises to contain a workshop, another way of diving into your yoga practice and experiencing different aspects of the practice and yourself. I’m especially excited to be partnering with Yoga Fusion in San Ramon and FitStyle in Pleasanton in order to bring more offerings to the Tri-Valley area. See below for my current fall schedule.

Unwinding Tight Hamstrings and Hips: A Ropes Workshop

October 23rd, 1-3 pm at The Yoga Fusion, San Ramon

Bond with your baby and connect with other new mamas in this thoughtful and supportive yoga class designed specifically for postpartum needs. A sweet blend of yoga, breathwork, and meditation focuses on healing your pelvic floor and core, opening achy shoulders and backs, and strengthening your body. Your baby is encouraged to participate as able, especially in the baby yoga segment that deepens your connection to each other. This class is appropriate for moms 6-8 weeks postpartum with newborns to pre-crawlers.

Postnatal Yoga at Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness, Livermore

Thursdays, 4 – 5 pm, September 15th to October 13th + October 13th to November 17th
